What your team learns, and leaves with

Most teams have the AI tool now. Some people use it every day, some tried it once, and nobody is quite sure who's doing it well. The result is a lot of one-off experiments and very little that the team can reuse.

This workshop closes that gap. Your team learns one five-step method (Frame, Interview, Iterate, Interrogate, Format) and practices it on its own real work, not on canned examples. Then you build something together: a team assistant loaded with your templates and procedures, a recurring process handed to an AI agent with a person signing off, or a tested library of prompts that everyone can use.

About 80 percent of the time is hands-on. The rest goes to the question leaders ask next: what to do with the time AI gives back.

From one-off experiments to work your team can reuse

  • One method for every AI task. Five steps (Frame, Interview, Iterate, Interrogate, Format), practiced on each person’s own work.

  • The tool you already approved, understood and set up properly. What it does well, where it slips, and how to use the features most people never find.

  • Faster work, and sharper thinking. AI takes the first draft and the busywork, so your team’s time goes to judgment, review and the higher-value work only people can do.

  • A straight answer on AI agents. What they can handle on their own today, where they still need a person, and where they might fit in your organization.

  • Finished work, built in the room. A team assistant, a prompt library, or a recurring process handed to an AI agent with a person signing off. The 3-hour workshop builds one; the 6-hour workshop builds all three.

  1. What should I tell AI before I ask it for anything?

  2. How do I get a usable first draft of a customer or leadership explanation without five rounds of rewrites?

  3. How do I revise AI's draft so my judgment shows in the final product, not its defaults?

  4. How do I check AI's work the way a skeptical reviewer would, before it reaches a customer or leadership?

Questions answered
  • A five-step method, practiced on your own work: Frame, Interview, Iterate, Interrogate, Format.

  • The deliverable you built, already in use in your team's tool.

  • A short agent brief: the goal, the limits, what "done" means, and where a person signs off.

  • A written line for each person: "My freed hour goes to…", and a team plan for the time AI gives back.

Everyone works through the method on real tasks from their own jobs, then the team builds together. Experienced users are seated as table helpers, so beginners get help and the quick learners pick up the habits they skippe

On the day.
2

Each person leaves with one action for the week, the team names an owner for each deliverable, and a quick re-check shows how far the team moved.
