What your people understand, and leave with

Most organizations have AI in the building now. Some people swear by it, some won't touch it, and leaders are hearing very different stories about what it's worth. This session gives the whole room the same starting point: one five-step method (Frame, Interview, Iterate, Interrogate, Format), shown live on a real piece of work, so everyone sees what good use of AI looks like and what it takes.

From scattered opinions to a shared direction
  • One method, seen end to end. The room watches a one-sentence request become a report worth signing, with the AI asking the questions first and a person checking the result.

  • A clear picture of what AI does well, and where it slips. It predicts likely words, so it sounds sure even when it's wrong. People leave knowing when to trust it and when to check.

  • Why saving time is only half the value. What happens to the hour AI gives back, and why the bigger return comes from the higher-value work you put in its place.

  • A straight answer on AI agents. What they can take on today, where they still need a person, and where the sign-off belongs in your organization.

  • A common language for what comes next. Three questions for any AI task (What do I think? What's its job? What's changed?) that leaders and front-line teams can use in the same conversation.

From one-off experiments
to work your team can reuse

  1. What should I tell AI before I ask it for anything?

  2. When is it safe to let an AI agent do the work on its own?

  3. How do I check AI's work the way a skeptical reviewer would?

  4. What can an AI agent do on its own today, and where does it still need you?

Questions answered
  • A five-step method you can run on your next deliverable: Frame, Interview, Iterate, Interrogate, Format.

  • When to start a fresh chat, and when to switch to a stronger model.

  • A short agent brief: the goal, the limits, what "done" means, and the checkpoint where you sign off.

  • A named replacement for the time AI gives back: the higher-value work it goes to, and how you'll know it happened.

How it works

Give your whole organization the same starting point

Many organizations book the general session and a breakout or workshop together, so momentum doesn’t fade after the event. Tell me what you have in mind, and I’ll suggest a pairing that fits your calendar and benefits your budget.

Your people will understand it.
Next, your teams can practice it.

The general session gives everyone the same starting point. When a team is ready to use the method on its own work, two formats take it from understanding to practice:

  • 90-minute breakout. Laptops open, often paired with the general session at a conference. Everyone runs the method once on a real task.

  • Put AI to Work, 3 or 6 hours. A hands-on workshop for one team that ends with a team assistant, a prompt library, or a supervised AI workflow, built in the room.
